This Model is certified as a Class II laser product under the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services

Radiation Performance standard according to the Radiation Control for Health and Safety Act of 1968. This

means that this Model does not produce hazardous laser radiation.

CDRH REGULATION

The Center for Devices and Radiological Health for the U.S. Food and Drug Administration Implement

regulations for laser products. The sentence of “This product complies with 21 CFR chapter I and

subchapter J” indicates compliance with the CDRH regulations and is labeled on the product when

marketed in the United States. This Model is equivalent to Class II laser device according to CDRH
